Drivers are advised to be extremely cautious and to drive 5 MPH or slower on the Open Streets. Local vehicle access is allowed for limited use. Returning partners can complete a streamlined application by providing their 2022 application ID. In 2023, both new and returning partners must apply to manage an Open Street in their community.
